Kanbai is a small brewery surrounded by rice fields.
The brewery cultivates Sasanishiki,Hitomebore, Miyamanishiki,Manamusume and Aikoku rice in a field of self possession in a rural district zone.
One part of uses sake rice grown organically by a farmer in Akita Prefecture. The names of these rices are Kamenoo.
S+T= ± ST is famous as dignity of life and the unique brewery which I sing love and peace loudly and give.

This sake is named after the indispensable water for sake making "Qsui"(Miya water) and after the flower figure "kanbai," which blooms throughout the year and which is a symbol of purity and stateliness.
